How to arrive
SUMMER, SPRING AND FALL (FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER APPROXIMATELY)
BY CAR:
The most convenient access is found at the Nordic ski station of Guils-Fontanera. At the parking of the ski station you will find the start of a forest track suitable for cars that reaches the Refugi de la Feixa.
You can also access the Refugi de la Feixa from Meranges, leaving the track to the Malniu refuge to the left, continuing along the forest track that leads you to the Pla de la Feixa
BY FOOT:
From the parking of the Guils-Fontanera station, following the GR11 route (red and white paint marks). 1 hour
From the parking of the shelter of Malniu. 1 hour
Through the GR-11 path that goes from the Cap de Creus to Irún. In La Cerdanya you pass through the train station of Puigcerdà and also Saneja, Guils, La Feixa, Malniu, Engorgs and Andorra. You can start your route at any of these points.
From Ger, you can take the path 156 until Gréixer, take the 122, passing the Coll de Posa and reaching the junction of the GR-11 at la Màniga, then continue to the right until the Refugi de la Feixa.
WINTER (FROM NOVEMBER APRIL APPROXIMATELY)
BY CAR:
In winter the track of access by car is closed at the point of the station of Guils-Fontanera.
The access to Meranges is open, but during most of the winter is inaccessible to snow. You can usually arrive by car to the point of the Malniu shelter, but you should check the status of the track before.
BY FOOT:
If there is snow the most recommended access is the one at the Nordic ski station of Guils-Fontanera on the GR-11 with skis or snowshoes (1 h).
The Feixa cross-country ski route runs almost to the shelter (only for skis).
Hours access to the station: from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Outside of this time there is a barrier closed when you reach the village of Guils. At the station you have to pay a fee of 6 euros.

You can also arrive to Refugi de la Feixa by walking from the Malniu track or from the Malniu shelter (depending on how far you can advance by car).
